My fitbit Versa 4 will not charge with my mophie battery bank. Any reason why? How else can I charge it while camping etc?

Hi @TashaMacInnis - make sure that it is charging using a regular power source or PC.

If that works your batty bank may need charging or is faulty. Try charging your phone with it to see 

If it won't charge normally follow the instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
