Versa 4 won't charge

My versa 4 won't charge at all

I cleaned both the pins on the watch and the charger, factory reset it and it still won't charge! It's at 35% and I do not like that I can find a way to charge it at all!

I had the same issue the day I bought mine and followed all those steps. I was told to try a different charger.  So if you have charging ports in your outlets, use a different one. If you have a block that you put the plug in for charging - use a different block. 

    I used a different block to charge ( display still showed 11%) then shut down/restart and it did work.

Thank you for reporting this situation and for all your efforts.

Please check if you can see any damage in your charging cable (check 4 pins). 

I suggest you try all the troubleshooting steps from the column "Solution": Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

You can also try to change the clock face in order to see if your Versa 4 reacts.
