Versa 4 not charging

Replaced charger but will not charge. Cleaned connectors etc. Fitbit about 3 years old.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not charging.  I appreciate all the steps you have been tried before contacting us. 

Please confirm if you cleaned the chargin pins following the instructions in the article bellow: How do I clean my Fitbit device?

Once the charging pins are clean please try a restart by presing the button for at least 12 seconds and connect it to the charging cable  and leave it for a few minutes to check if it charges and reacts.

Additionally verify if your app or watch shows any available updates.
