Versa 4 won't connect to Wi-Fi

When I try to connect my new Versa 4 to my home wifi, I go to the “Today” tab, hit it, and nothing happens. It doesn’t take me to “Devices” as it is supposed to….nothing happens. So I cannot get to my wifi settings or “Add Network”….

Hi @Emlye - a Versa 4 does not have wifi capability. You may need to restart the watch and phone though if you are having difficulties because the new V4 Fitbit App has syncing issues and this may fix it temporarily.
