Versa 4 won't connect to my Fitbit app anymore

For some reason my Versa 4 has disconnected itself from the app.  When I try to reconnect the versa 4, it doesn't show up in the app. I have done all the applicable steps from the "Why won't my Versa 4 not sync" page with no success at all. In my phone's Bluetooth connections list, the Versa 4 shows up. Like a lot of people on this forum, I am getting very frustrated at the lack of actual support for the Versa 4.

Hi there, @GhostDemon81. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not syncing anymore. I understand why you're feeling frustrated, I will do my best to help you with this!

In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend trying the following in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth and the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 4 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.

If you can't get started with your Versa Lite, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
