I have tried everything to get my versa 4 to connect to my Samsung S22 Ultra. I have messgaed/called Fitbit customer service with no resolution. My fitbit is running on 3.74, system version 61.20001.184.52, phone is on Android 13. I have factory reset the fitbit, uninstalled the app, force stopped the app, unpaired it and still can not get it to connect for calls or read a text message on it. This is so frustrating. I had a Samsung watch but hated the monthly bill so switched to a fitbit, but at least the watch worked like it should.

I am having the same problem on my Samsung S22. Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated.

It says it need an application to be connected but they don't say which one I have the same problem.

Yes. It it a piece of crap. I have it for less than 2 months and the connection to the S22 Ultra has never worked. I have done everything possible and still not working. I believe we bought a lemon or a half baked-beta device. Also, support is horrible.
