Versa 4 won't connect to my phone anymore

My watch stopped syncing with the app. I unpaired my watch from the app and Uninstaller the app. I reinstalled the app and tried to sync my watch back to the app. My problem is when I connect my charger to my device to get the code, it doesn't do anything. Anyone have this happen?

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

On a side note, please know if you're an Android user, you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up your Versa 4. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device? and if needed, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

If you continue having syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
