Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Nitish41!

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4.
As a first approach to hopefully get things fixed, please have a closer look at this troubleshooting guide:

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Hi there, @Nitish41. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your new Versa 4 is still having issues to connect properly despite all the steps you've done so far. We'll do our best to help you!

As a first approach, please follow @Talahthas' suggestion. If the issue persists, please try the following:

  • Make sure to sync your Fitbit device
  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

What phone do you have.

Have you tried stopping the app, shut off and turn on phone. In the past, these steps have has helped me

Restarting the phone will clear the Bluetooth cache, and reset hardware

On android - phone settings - apps - fitbit - Stop App
