Hi @CupidStunt - unless the watch actually has a fault the difficulties may lie elsewhere. A new V4 Fitbit App was released in September 2023 and has no end of problems and things no longer available or working correctly. This may result in needing constant troubleshooting.
Things to try are, toggle the phone's Bluetooth off/on, restart the watch, restart the phone, logout/login of the Fitbit App, or in the Fitbit App, Devices page Add more devices, select your watch and replace, syncing after each, and if you get a pop up at the top of the app click on it. One of those may help provisionally,

Same situation with me😭, so sad.....😢I really understanding that feeling!!!
My watch also suddenly disconnected by the APP then I try to reinstall and even update latest version of the APP and the IOS, then the watch still can't connect with the APP----> I struck in the 4-digit number step.....
I try to connect with the "CS" everyday since 12 February, however, no update response from them and I need to "live chat" with them every morning to follow up, they keep saying "keep your eye in your email".....I'm so tried to try to follow up with them, the only way is waiting for their update to see if they can fix this issue.....

After "chatting" for over an hour and already having done everything they told me to do, Fitbit said they would get with someone else and email me a solution. The email that came basically said to do the same things I've done. Totally useless. So, I kept playing with settings, and this is what worked for me on my IOS phone: I went to settings and my "background app refresh" was turned off. I turned it on for Fitbit, and my bluetooth has stayed connected ever since! Hope that helps someone.
