My Fitbit versa 4 will not sync with the Fitbit app. I unconnected my versa from the app. Now my Fitbit versa 4 will not reconnect with my phone. Every time I hit the versa 4. In the Bluetooth option on my phone the versa 4 sends back rejected. I have restarted both my phone and my watch multiple times. I have also logged out of my app and back into my app.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not connecting to your phone anymore. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
