@Mishtimini I would do a complete factory reset of the device and start over to see if that fixes your issues. Also make sure your phone and watch are running updated OS and that the app is up-to-date.

Before considering a factory reset (it deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.) I'd recommend trying the steps below in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
