My Versa 4 doesn't hold a charge. I charged it yesterday and less than 18 hrs later I'm at 53%. It used to hold a charge for longer. what's going on?

Hi @Rosanicole - that is not exceptionally high discharge rate and can be explained by doing exercises with GPS turned on. Of course other factors affect usage such as Always On - to to check pull down on the watch face to get tot Quick Settings and turn off all icons.

Hi there, @Rosanicole. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.
