Versa 4 won’t let me set any goals

My versa 4 won’t let me set any goals for weight, calories, sleep etc. In the ‘you’ section I get a message saying ‘something went wrong’ in the goals section and I am unable to do anything. When I try to do it in my settings it is also grey and you cannot set anything. I have ensured app is updated, logged in and out and restarted phone as suggested. Yet I still cannot set any goals at all.

Hello @Jemweb and welcome to the Community.  This is an app issue, not specific to the Versa 4.  Other users are seeing this, too.  Fitbit just released v 4.44, but I don't know if this fixes the problem.  Please check the App Store or Google Play Store to see if you have the current version.

You're not the only one and I've Been saying something quite a few times but still nothing has changed..?? I hope they fix it soon!

Also having this problem and my exercise will no longer feed through to Strava even though everything in place!! Help!!
