Versa 4 won't pair back to my Fitbit account

I shut my Versa 4 down today & when I turn it back on I get the screen to setup new account again.  I’ve deleted & reinstalled the Fitbit App on my iPhone but that’s not working.  Everything on app looks exactly like it should be.

Hello there, @ksothern. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Fitbit account.

I agree with @MakMak. However, it may also be that you're logging in with another email address or maybe there's a typo in it. So as a first approach, I suggest making sure you're using the correct email address.

In addition, please make sure on the Fitbit app you're clicking "Log in" instead of "Join Fitbit". If you're clicking "Join Fitbit", that would explain why you're not able to log into your Fitbit account.

If the above doesn't describe your issue, I suggest trying the following:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 4 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.

If you can't get started with your Versa 4, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi, @ksothern! Try adding the tracker in as a new device again. It sounds almost like it got disconnected.
