Versa 4 won't pair with my phone

Hi,

I have been trying to pair my new Fitbit with the phone but I do not see the pairing number coming up on the screen. I charged the device for more than an hour but the fitbit turns off seconds after the fitbit logo appears.

Hi @asha6150 - have you tried in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Setup a Device" and follow the instructions.

Part of the setup process pairs the watch with the app, it can't be done manually in Bluetooth.

Yes, I tried using the "+setup a device" journey" through the app, but it didn't show the pairing number.

@asha6150- try removing any Bluetooth entries for your watch from the phone then restart both and try again.
