Versa 4 won't respond after being charged

My new 2 month old versa 4 was at 34% battering so I plug it into charger. After a few hours I took it off charger and it will not respond. Just a black screen

Hi there, @Kremps. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I find this behavior kind of odd. I will do my best to help you with this. 

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
