Versa 4 won't respond to anything

My Versa 4 stopped syncing, charging and working.  It is dead!!  Do I need to move my account to Google?  I've tried everything.

Hi there, @Bingo2. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not responding to anything despite the steps you've tried so far to bring it to life. I understand where your concern is coming from, I'll be glad to continue helping you with this!

Something that came into my mind is that maybe it just ran out of battery? Please note that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.  

When it has had two hours, try restarting your Versa 4I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work. Once you can verify that it's fully charge, try syncing your Fitbit device. If the syncing issues persists, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Same issue with mine as well. Possibly last fireware upgrade broke it .  They want us to buy a new one to keep sales going

You broke Versa 4 old ones and your customer support knows nothing. Fix your software. I tried Hard Reset/Factory Reset / Reconfiguration + update. I am in bad shape as my warrenty just went over by 2-3 days and since I got a replacemet on Nov10th because Wrist call was not working on my  original traker , i was turned down by support team. If i want to use Fitbit i need a new one (new sale for Fitbit).  Frustrating.
