Versa 4 won't respond to anything

I don't know if this is related to the update, but my Versa just randomly stopped working, it won't charge or sync or turn on.

Hi there, @GG08. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, it's odd to hear that your Versa 4 has stopped working all together. I understand where your concern is coming from as this might seem to have started after the update.
