Versa 4 won't respond to anything

Trying to connect 

Keep phone close...

I've reset.  It wants to update but I did that on 8th.  Then factory reset and was hoping to sell it....

That didn't work so now it keeps getting stuck on that saying. 

Doesn't give me options but to update and 15 minutes later x 10. Omg. I'm going crazy.  Please help. 

I've deleted app. Reinstalled fitbit 

Deleted from Bluetooth.  

I believe I have tried it all.  My previous watch is a blaze and I've purchased second hand ones for years.  All good.  

Versa 4 is not cooperative.

Hi @celestedesserre - the fault in the new V4 Fitbit App can render update impossible.

However if you have the multilingual start up message on the watch or even a working watch there is no need to update the firmware before selling, the new user may be able to do it the first time.

Hi. It doesn't show multi language. It's stuck and returned to me. Saying
update. But won't update.
Please help. I have the versa 4 now. I removed blaze from app too. I've
tried everything. The app says update needed and I can't get to anything
else in app. Even tried to change watchface.

The Versa 4 I had is faulty and returned to fitbit.  They tried everything I already tried and it was useless.  Sent back for new one. Although I'm leary about this version.
