Good morning,
I'm having an issue with my Versa 4. It wasn't turning on so I researched and tried doing a full factory reset. It still won't turn on. I've tried this a number of times with the same result. It will get to the red X then nothing. Is there anything else that I can try or should I assume that it is toast?

Let me help you with the issue you are experiencing with your Versa which is not turning on. I appreciate the troubleshooting you have already tried.
Does the display turn on when you double tap on the screen?
If the screen displays an error with a X, try the following:
- Try to sync in the Fitbit app. From the Today tab, tap the devices icon > Versa 4 > Sync Now.
- If Sync Now doesn’t show an update banner, tap the devices icon > Versa 4 > Gallery. The app should show a pop up to install the missing apps and recover the device.
- Restart your device.
