Trying to set up my versa 4.
Doesn't turn on unless I hold the button down to reset and then I get a red x.
Deleted my old fitbit from my account.
New fitbit is charged.
Reset my Bluetooth.
Restarted my phone
Deleted and downloaded the app again.
Tried contacting support through chat and phone. Both gave me errors. Getting really annoyed now that my only option is this. Do better fitbit.

I had the same issue setting up my new versa 4 and I wasn't getting the code on the face of the new watch and instead only got the big red X. I thought there was a problem with it but turns out no. you just need to try several times, make sure you do the steps in the right order. charge it, make sure when you start it's not already connected to your bluetooth on your phone and then click add the device .. it should be more simple .. Good luck!

Hi @Hannahispissed - what @nisreena says may be helpful.
If you have trouble remove the watch Bluetooth entries from the phone and restart the watch and then run the set-up.
if you are in the window Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
Hi @artca - 2 ways to see the charge level while charging, unplug the usb cable and replug it, or double tap the watch face.
Anytime the display is on pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and it is shown there, if you are not using a clock face where it is shown anyway.
