Versa 4 won't set up with my phone anymore

Since 3 days my telephone could not synchronise with my versa 4. I did delete the fitbit app and install this again.

Just now the fitbit app cant find my versa 4. I don't like this cause my watch is Just 3 months.

Do you know what I have to do?
