My new Versa 4 has quit showing steps, heart rate etc, it only shows time and date. The app on my iPhone keeps track of steps, sleep and everything else. Very disappointed with my Versa .

Hello there, @Kicki_46. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thank sfor the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4. I understand why you're feeling disappointed.
As a first approach, please check if your Versa 4 is on "Always-On" as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enabled, to exit the always-on display and interact with your watch, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

@Kicki_46 Thanks for getting back and sharing those details. It seems like the clock face you're currently using might be the problem.
With that being said, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
