Is your Versa 4 missing any other data? Is it tracking your steps, distance, etc.? If the only data missing is the heart rate, please restart your Fitbit device by following these steps. Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data.

it says to press two buttons. Where are they? (Back and bottom?)

@Priscilla48 Press and hold the button* for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

@Priscilla48 Looks like you were trying to perform the steps for a Fitbit Versa not a Fitbit Versa 4, but I'm glad to hear that the restart did the trick.
