Versa 4 won't show my oxygen level and skin temperature

Oxygen level and skin temp not showing .

Wore it for 4 nights.

HI @NVP - have a look in the forums it seems like this may be an issue for the Sense 2 and Versa 4.

If you move frequently during sleep, the movement can interfere with the light that bounces back to the sensors on your device.

To receive EOV data, note the following:

  • Make sure your Fitbit device is snug and secure before you go to sleep. For more information, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?
  • Make sure your Fitbit device is charged.
  • You must sleep 3 or more hours.

As for skin temperature, please note it typically varies over the course of a night. Factors that may cause skin temperature to vary include changes in room temperature, bedding, circadian rhythm, menstrual cycle, or the onset of a fever. Note that significant changes in ambient temperature may negatively impact skin temperature tracking. For more information, see How can Fitbit help me track my temperature?

Been wearing for over a week 

However it does my oxygen tho
