Hello @DeeA555 The Versa 4 and Sense 2 don't have snore detection. It's only available on the Versa 3 and Sense. You wrote that you "go to snore detection" in the app. Were you given an option to set it up? Is snore detection mentioned on your app screen? Can you possibly add a screenshot? You shouldn't have an option to set it up.

It doesn't appear to let me add a screenshot just keeps deleting my message.
It definitely asked on set up if I wanted snore detection on or not but I can't seem to find the setting now. How strange?
It also has the option on the app when I go into the premium member section and has the snore detection in the menu but just leads to sleep restoration, which would make sense if the versa 4 doesn't have this. But then why appear at all?

@DeeA555 Thanks for checking. I was hoping you could add the screenshot. I'm not sure why the site won't let you add it. I'm going to report this (offering snore report) as a bug. You shouldn't be given an option to add a feature that doesn't exist on your device! Too confusing!
Other new Community members also say they can't add screenshots and I don't know what's up with that.

1) Yes, the app on both Versa 4 and Sense 2 offer a wizard to set up the snore detection but then fail to complete. It has been reported several times and acknowledges by Fitbit (here a post about it)
2) @DeeA555 can not post pictures because the feature is deactivated if you don't have a sufficient number of posts. I think this functionality appear when you get the first rank up (maybe after 5 posts? Fitbit guidelines fail to mention the limitation)

I have the same issue with my Versa 4.
It just goes to the restoration report.
There is no settings button at the next screen/ no way to turn on snore detection as far as I can tell.
I wanted this aspect because i heard it also detects your partners snoring.
If its not available it shouldn't be a part of the app.

My app says that the versa 4 has snore detection but I can't find out how to access it anywhere. The Fitbit website actually mentions that snore detection is available for the Versa 4

@wlrob2023 Fitbit is aware that Versa 4 and Sense 2 users are seeing this option. Snore detection isn't available on the Versa 4. Sorry.

I purchased Versa 4 specifically for the sleep monitoring functions, which included snore detection. Now, you tell me it’s not available on Versa 4? How can Fitbit get by with an “oh,well” when they plainly advertised snore detection is available with Versa 4?

Hello @Omnifera and welcome to the Community. Can you share the source that said the Versa 4 has snore detection? The Fitbit Store Features and Specs for the Versa 4 doesn't list snore detection, but it is clearly listed in the Versa 3 F&S.
