Versa 4 won't show the correct time no matter what I do to fix it

I have done multiple restarts syncs and even factory reset and updated the app but my watch will not display the correct time . This is not what you need in a watch!

 I just woke up with the same issue happening on my phone as well. I don't know if it is connected to the update that happened yesterday or what.

I'm having the same problem and, like the others who've responded, at least have to wonder if it's related to the update. I've had my watch for several months and haven't had a problem with this before the update.
