Hi there, @alvarado.berlis. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 4 (and the image attached).
As a first approach, please follow @Guy_ and @Rich_Laue's suggestions.
As a friendly reminder, please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If none of the above works for your, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

HI @alvarado.berlis - if it's not syncing it won't update the time.
It is odd the time is so far off though which could indicate a faulty watch but first sort out the syncing.
Logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and restart the phone and watch.
Login again and accept any pair, link or Fixit prompts. If that doesn't help remove the watch Bluetooth entries from your phone and any other device where it is defined and repeat the procedure.
In case it doesn't recreate the Bluetooth entries, run the "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
If you changed time zones see How to fix the time on your watch

Clearing the cache and stopping the program (this must be done through the phone settings) usually is enough to fix. If not, clear data, which will log you out.
