The time screen on my versa 4 does not always show up when I "wake" my device. oten times it is the "Steps" screen and I have to tap several times to get the time.
How do I set the thing to show time whenever I "wake: the device??

Have you tried switching to a different clock face? Please restart your Versa 4 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Yes, I've tried several different clock faces and it all does the same. I've done a reset on the device as listed elsewhere and so far so good. Still isn't showing my sleep score but I don't have much faith in it as it usually tells me I only sleet 3 hours when I do much more.

@harristom To better assist you, would you mind clarifying the main issue with your Luxe? In your first post you mentioned that it doesn't show the time, but in your last post you mentioned that you're missing your sleep score. What is the issue is exactly?

Originally I wrote because my time screen wasn't always showing when I woke my device. But reading in this forum, I noticed that several users reported their sleep score wasn't posting and mine wasn't either. Did the reboot as it suggested but it didn't do anything for me. So far today, since we first spoke my time screen as been there every time i looked at my device. one problem down..
