Won’t do you any good as the Versa 4 disconnects also. I’m losing my mind with mine disconnecting every five minutes.

Welcome to the community, @Queenbeas21.

I've moved your post to the Versa 4 board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for your efforts while working on this situation, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Because your post didn't mention, may I know if you get an error message? What is the model of your phone? Also, did you make sure to turn off other Bluetooth devices nearby when trying to sync?

Additionally, please make sure to exhaust the following steps:

  1. If your Versa 4 appears in the Bluetooth settings, forget it from the list.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth and force quit the Fitbit app
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your watch
  4. Turn on the Bluetooth and open the Fitbit app
  5. Tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device > Versa 4 > Replace Device
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions and monitor its behavior in the next days

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Queenbeas21!

Adding to what @LizzyFitbit  has already mentioned, please make sure that the phone you're running the Fitbit app with does meet Fitbit's current system requirements as listed here:

Fitbit System Requirements

Also, depending on your phone, please make sure that the Fitbit app is able to run in the background.

Did all the steps, talked to someone and within the week appears you’re back in the saddle. Haven’t had to reboot for about a week now.
