Won’t do you any good as the Versa 4 disconnects also. I’m losing my mind with mine disconnecting every five minutes.

Because your post didn't mention, may I know if you get an error message? What is the model of your phone? Also, did you make sure to turn off other Bluetooth devices nearby when trying to sync?
Additionally, please make sure to exhaust the following steps:

Adding to what @LizzyFitbit has already mentioned, please make sure that the phone you're running the Fitbit app with does meet Fitbit's current system requirements as listed here:
Also, depending on your phone, please make sure that the Fitbit app is able to run in the background.

Did all the steps, talked to someone and within the week appears you’re back in the saddle. Haven’t had to reboot for about a week now.
