Almost every night my Versa 4 disconnects from my android phone while the phone is charging requiring both devices to be restarted. I have done a full factory reset on the Versa 4 and my android software is up to date.

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.

Thank you for your response and I confirm I have tried all those suggestions. Once I restart the phone (Samsung S24) the connection is fine for most of the day.
