I had my fitbit versa 4 for 2 weeks now. For the last week it has had problems syncing with my iPhone. Sometimes it works, but most times it doesnt. I have to disconnect the watch and pair it again to make it sync. This is very frustrating! I bought the fitbit for the smartwatch features and this is getting on my nerves.

@Hellehuus Thanks for getting back and for the details provided.
As a first approach, please note we do not recommend deleting the Fitbit app on iOS users as it may cause a lost of data just as you described, that is why we recommend instead, force quitting the Fitbit app.
Regarding your sleep data, I suggest taking a look at this help article Why don't I see sleep stages today?
About the battery level, may I know if you're seeing the empty battery on your Versa 4 or Fitbit app? If you're seeing that on the Fitbit app, note that it updates every time you sync. That means that if your watch hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last sync.
Once you charge your watch make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Versa Lite will match with the one on your Fitbit app.

Hi there, @Hellehuus. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.
While reading your post I was wondering if by any chance you had another Fitbit device prior the Versa 4? If so, may I know if it's still linked to your phone's Bluetooth settings? If any other Fitbit device is still linked to your phone's Bluetooth settings, that might be causing connectivity issues with your Versa 4.
With that said, try the steps below:
After trying the above, keep and eye on your Versa 4 to see if the issue persists.
Keep me posted if you need further assistance.

I had another fitbit devise 5 years ago, but it was never paired to my current phone. I will follow the instructions and hope that it will work. Thank you for your help.
Update: Hello again. Yesterday i turnes my phone off, deleres the fitbit app, removed the versa 4 from the app and turnes the versa 4 off. Aften that the versa 4 wouldn’t Connect to the app at all. I worked now, but for the two last days the sleep tracking has not been working and the batteri ikon showes an empty batteri even though is had over 50%. Is there something wrong with my watch?
I now notised that all my apps are gone from where i choose witch I will get notifications from… So now i will not get any notifications i guess…
