Hello there, @Grandmatotwins. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 4.

Please try the following steps in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 4.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.
  • Once your Versa 4 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

This is still happening and now I don't get notified when the battery is low.  I have to connect it every day.  The other devices I have automatically disconnect when I am not in range like my car or Wi-Fi etc.  This is getting very frustrating.

I got instructions previously to disconnect all my bluetooth connections
then unpair my watch then force quit and then shut off the phone then
restart and start the process of repairing all my devices that work on
bluetooth. I didn't work.

I am going to try to delete it and reset it up again and see if that works.

I have tried the troubleshooting instructions a d they did not work. I never had this problem with my Versa 3 and any other Bluetooth device. It happens even if I have no other device connected/listed under Bluetooth on my phone. I tried setting up on other phones and the disconnection still happens so issue is with the Versa 4 's software or hardware.

Is there anything we can do through Fitbit?

It seem as Fitbit does care about this problem. They have marked it "answered". Nice way to blow off the people with the problem even though they have been told that their "answer" did not fix the problem. I'll live with it, but when this one dies I'm moving on from Fitbit and giving heads-up to my friends to consider other options. Google thinks they can run this bra d into the ground and people will to them. Amazon and other companies are coming after them.

It lies in Fitbit association with Goggle. They have not worked out how to fix.

Ask for a refund as there watches are not working or read what I posted.

Cheers
