Hi there, @Weakleyla. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.

In addition to the steps recommended by @Talahthas, I'd add the following:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 4.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.
  • Set up notifications again.
  • Once your Versa 4 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Nevertheless, I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here but your chat got disconnected. If none of the steps provided above work,
please feel free to contact our team back for further assistance.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Weakleyla!

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4.
To hopefully get things fixed please make sure that your phone is running an OS that meets Fitbit's current system requirements as mentioned here:

Fitbit System Requirements

If so I'd suggest turning Bluetooth off and on again on your phone. You could also try if restarting your Versa 4 will have a positive impact on Bluetooth connectivity. To do so first sync your device to not lose any data it has tracked so far. Then keep Versa 4's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you 'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

If you're still out of luck, I'd recommend setting up your Versa 4 for on-wrist calls from scratch following the instructions provided here:

How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?

I'll keep my fingers crossed.
