My phone and versa 4 are not working together. I don't receive any notifications on my versa what so ever and it keeps unpairing itself from the phone. I ha e checked all the settings restarted my watch and my phone. I even deleted it from the Fitbit app and repaired it. This is craziness what is going on.

Hi there, @Mzharris77. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still losing connection with your phone. I understand how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you please make sure you've followed these steps in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

It's not even just that it doesn't vibrate it's not doing any of that. It's getting messages from my phone but I don't get notified and then when I go down n to check it it says that there is a pairing problem. When you resolve it and exit the app and go right back in it says the same thing. I am seriously thinking about buying a different smartwatch because there are too many problems every since Google took over. Nothing works resetting, unpairing, reestablishing a connection it all fails. I haven't even had it more than a year geez.

Ive got exactly the same problem. everything was working fine then middle of the night it starts vibrating and flashing. Google told me to reset and ive done that 5/6 times but it goes to update software each time and then goes off again...
