Hi I just started having issues with my Versa 4 remaining synced to the device. I’ve tried turning off and on the Bluetooth (the device is connected) and also signing out of the app. Both did not help.
are there any other solutions? I added a photo of what the screen shows. Thank you!

Hi @Mcw1210 - firstly try removing the phone from being connected to Fitbit (in your screenshot).
Also try restarting the watch by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
Then when you logout of the Fitbit App also swipe off the active window and restart the phone.
If you have other devices running the Fitbit App turn off the Bluetooth or turn them off.

Thid may improve syncing but some versions of the Fitbit App may still lose connection.
