My Versa 4 will not stay connected to my Bluetooth on my iPhone. I have done all the troubleshooting steps for the last 3 days. I’ve had this watch for over a year and this just started happening a week ago. The app is up to date, I have deleted the app, reinstalled, reset my watch, turned phone on and off, deleted the watch from Bluetooth and reconnected several times. My watch will stay connected to Bluetooth for my fitness date but not for the calls and text, it will immediately disconnect from Bluetooth.
any suggestions?

Hi there, @Shellie1. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still not connecting to your phone's Bluetooth. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
In addition to the steps you've tried so far, please try the following in the order listed even if some of them you've tried already:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
On a side note, please keep in mind that the Versa 4 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect.
