Versa 4 won't stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth

Each time I open Fitbit it tells me to go to setting and forget Fitbit and reconnect. Can someone help me pls

Yes @KathyMF-1999 I can help. (maybe?) 

RT you opening your phones settings - Bluetooth - and removing your Versa from your phones list of trusted devices? 

If you are, removing the Versa from your phones Bluetooth, let me know. Do not remove the Versa from your fitbit account 

Generally this happens when the Fitbit app can't connect to the Versa.

In addition to @Rich_Laue's tips and recommendations. I'd suggest checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.
