I purchased a Fitbit Versa 4 5 days ago. When I plugged it in to charge it, it keeps vibrating as if it was constantly being plugged in and unplugged. I thought it was a fluke but when I went to charge it today, the same thing. Does anyone know why this is happening? It is not from incoming notifications or any alarms.

Hi there, @Bren234. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.
As a first approach, I'd suggest restarting your Fitbit device by following the steps provided here.
If the issue persists, please try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger. Also, make your Fitbit device is connected securely to the charging cable.
Hope this helps.

This happened to me about 2 weeks after purchasing. Kept vibrating then resetting itself and then I got the red X then it reset and worked but still keptee vibrating when I plugged it in to charg.
I tried all the steps but no luck so I called fitbit and they were baffled why it was doing it. I had to return it to the shop to be replaced. They said it must be a fault battery.
I was lucky as i was still within my 28 days of purchase so I could swap it there and then.

Not too sure if your issue has been resolved yet or not but here are a few suggestions you might want to try
More than likely you have tried 1 and 2 already, and most of us have many USB chargers lying around at home and have other outlets available so 4 and 5 should not be too difficult either and the kind of contact being made between your charging cable and the USB charger may be an issue that is often not easy to diagnose. Obviously, if the device is new you can ask for a warranty replacement.

If it where me, I'd go onto Amazon and buy a third party charger (2 or less than $10USD)
Third party chargers are the only ones I haven't had issues with on the Versa and Sense lines
