Versa 4 won't stop with a reminder I already deleted

I have a versa 4, havd had no problems with it until a few days ago. I set a reminder on the 3rd January and deleted the next day when reminder complete.  The problems is that reminder is now coming up on my versa 4 watch every hour, every day.  I have restarted, uninstalled and even factory reset my watch and app and still get same reminder every hour. This reminder is not in calendar or in the alexa app. Driving me crazy! Any ideas please!
