Versa 4 won't swipe

Hi

My versa 4 has been acting up this past week. It won't swipe, the battery drains very quickly,. I tried to do an update bur it won't finish the process. I've restarted it multiple times to no avail I've also uninstall all add on apps which were only a few. The clock face was a fitbit one. Please help
