My Versa 4 will not change time zones and will not sync steps. I have tried all the tips and it's driving me crazy. At the end of the year challenges and I can't get it to sync. Tried to manually change time zones - watch won't update time. Tried to restart Bluetooth, didn't work. I shouldn't have to be messing with this while visiting family. Anyone have a quick fix idea?

This issue might be caused by a pending firmware update. You can follow the steps described here to check for updates and also see how to get it installed.

I had to restart my phone both times during my travel into a different time zone. I hope a new update will fix this as this has happened this year while traveling. The restart updated the clock and was able to sync all steps and other tracking that I use with my fitbit.
