My versa 4 is refusing to sync since last Saturday. No sleep or steps or excercise data is showing up . It is also always disconnecting from showing phone calls. Versa 2 was way better . How come u produce new version that performs much worse than the previous !!!!!!!

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Zazii!

Sad to hear that you're having issues syncing your Versa 4 with your Fitbit app.
As a first attempt to hopefully get things fixed, I'd suggest restarting your device by holding it's button for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

If that doesn't solve your syncing issues, please have a closer look here for further troubleshooting:

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi there, @Zazii. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been experiencing with your Versa 4. I understand where your concern is coming from. We're here to help!

If the steps recommended by @Talahthas don't work, please try the following in the order listed so we can tackle both issue, the syncing and on-wrist calls notifications:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Set up your notifications again.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
