Versa 4 won't sync and reminders to move aren't working

Watch not vibrating to remind me to walk.  Also my new Versa 4 won't  sync at all.

Hi @Bubblewrap - as a first step for your reminders to move did you try to restart the watch by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

For syncing did you also try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

This assumes the watch is charged and been fully set-up and in the Fitbit App Move hours the reminders to move is turned on.

As a first approach, please follow all tips and recommendations provided by @Guy_.

If the reminders to move are still not working, I'd recommend checking whether your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
