Versa 4 has not synced for 6 days. Tried every online suggestion and nothing. Talked to "Kenneth" on chat yesterday. Did everything he suggested and still won't sync. Reset my Versa Lite with the Fitbit app and it synced no problem so the issue is not my Android phone.

I would suggest you continue to contact them as you have a case created and they have your information on file and it may include some personal details which we are not supposed to share here on the forums.
