Versa 4 won't sync properly after the update

Versa 4, I have to manually sync the app. This problem has been since first week in November 2023.  I have been on Messenger with FItbit and they still have no solution. I’m very frustrated and getting fed up of Fitbit now, after decades.

Hi @GwendyMc - there are issues introduced since the new v4 Fitbit App that can change depending on the version as it's not a stable release.

Syncing is known to be one of them, especially if it was working before getting the new version.
