Versa 4 won't sync to Strava

Hi. All my previous runs have uploaded to Strava from my Fitbit (versa 3) and I've been doing the same routes. However they are no longer uploading. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times with no luck. According to Strava, it is still linked to Fitbit app. The runs on Fitbit are still coming up with the map but still not syncing to Strava.

Recently, more users seem to experience issues with sync to Strava but there is no solution (see thirdparty integration forum). The responses from Fitbit range from "it's know issue", "it's Strava problem" to "Strava isn't supported" - in other words, nobody knows a thing. If you can't get it working then probably you ran out of options.
