Every morning when I try to sync it says "hold tight syncing" It then won't sync. This has been going on for months. I have tried all the steps that were recommended. It still keeps happening. It is up to date, my iphone is up to date with iOS. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. Not sure what else to do.
Any help would be appreciated

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
I've moved your post to the Versa 4 board for organization purposes.

Best AnswerI have tried your suggestions, but it still won't sync unless I reboot the Versa. It seems like a flaw to me. It used to work just fine and now it is a work around, which you shouldn't have to do on a brand new device.
Same issue - Versa 4 won't sync. Was working great until about a month ago. I've done all the suggested steps but have to continue to do them EVERYTIME I try to sync. HELP!!!!

Best AnswerFitbit has been bought out by google so I figure they created this problem so we would update to Google. I finally gave in and did the switch to google and now my Versa 4 syncs all the time. NOT COOL FITBIT AND GOOGLE
