Hi I've just brought a new versa 4 and it doesn't sync with my strava app. I've tried restarting everything logging out and disconnecting and reconnecting still does not connect. Do you guys have any tips?

As a first approach, please note that Strava is no longer available like an app on the smartwatch itself, but you can continue working with it. You can connect it through GPS activities.

Hello, I also require assistance with this.
I have a Versa 4 and for a number of years Fitbit and Strava were successfully linked. I got a new Versa 4 last week and since this time I cannot get Fitbit and Strava to sync.
As previous user said I have followed all troubleshooting steps, I have uninstalled Fitbit/Strava, I have logged out and back in. I have unconnected and reconnected several times. When visiting website it states that accounts are successfully linked. I have started different activities in both Fitbit and Strava and whilst Strava talks to Fitbit when I start an activity in Fitbit it does not transfer to Strava.
Why would my accounts work successful and then suddenly change when I purchase a new Versa? Please help.

Hi, I too have been having this problem for a long time with a versa 2. Versa 2 doesn't have GPS so basically it now seems like my versa is deemed just an expensive watch that does nothing else. I am sick of manually loading exercise because fotbit have basically decided to change so it will not link

I have the Inspire 3 and am having the same issue. It worked all of last year and January 2024. Stopped working this week and I don't know why

I've tried everything & nothing works to connect. I now have to go & buy a new watch (very annoying, unwanted cost). Still it definately will NOT be a FITBIT that's for sure.
