When I bought my Versa 4 I had a Google Pixel 6 (android) and things were great! I made the jump to Apple (iPhone 12) about 2 months ago, and now I have only had issues and I'm so frustrated. My watch will not stay synced and when I do try to sync it, it takes 2-3 minutes to fully sync only to disconnect again. I have tried uninstalling and disconnecting and forgetting the Bluetooth and nothing is working. My phone is up to date with software. Does anyone else have this issue and any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you!

YAAASSS!! I have had issues with Versa 4 from the get-go. I loved my Versa 2 for 4 years. Have always had a Fitbit with my Android. Now this buggar would not update and continues to say my heart rate is 55 even when the app shows 120 during a workout. I was really upset when I first got this trouble maker when it would not show all my stats. I made the mistake of relying on IT tech advise who deleted my first account to make a Google account. I had years of stats that included my atrial fib reports and weight gains/losses. I won't go into the incident but it was I (who has no IT background) that was at least able to keep the 2nd account while IT guy started a THIRD account....omg). So, I lost the atrial fib reports but, thank goodness, I keep an Excel report so I could go back on the other stats. I guess you could call IT help.... but be aware that they are likely in the process of training and really don't care if they get it right. Sounds harsh but.... PS... I did do the delete on the Fitbit after making sure my app was correct. Restarted and now my heartbeat is showing correctly.

Hi @SunsetRunner - be sure to disable the old phone as this can possiblly cause syncing problems on the new phone.
There are versions of the V4 Fitbit App that can lose connection requiring manual effort to reconnect also.
This link may help Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
